Unquiet Dreams is my way of navigating my mental health journey and giving it a welcoming physical home outside of myself, a visual translation of my thoughts and feelings. Through this creative process, I'm able to turn my energy into something tangible and structured. For me, the canvas is a place of reclamation. By externalizing what's in my mind, I create a sense of beauty and control.
